Warriors of Metal is a 2 Day Open Air Festival which will be held at the Ross County Fairgrounds in Chillicothe, Ohio this year. The Fest dates are Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th. This is an all ages event that will have bands from 8 different states, from the East Coast to the Midwest United States coming to bring you some top quality Traditional Heavy Metal, Power Metal, Death Metal, and Thrash Metal to freakin' rock your socks off

! There will be a lot of bands that may not be in this area again for a long time, so don't miss out on this unique opprtunity to not only rock out to some great Metal bands and have a headbangin' good time but also to support our efforts and our Metal scene. This MetalFest is going to be an annual event, and we fully intend to top ourselves each time, so look forward to a kickass Warriors Of Metal Festival every year!!

Ticket cost's are as follows...

$20 a day, or $30 for the weekend in advance. $10 extra for camping per tent per day, or $20 per camper per day.
The cost of the camping is not set by us here at the show. This is per the fairgrounds board personell and will be paid at the gates.
Prices at the gates will be $25 per day and $40 for the weekend.

Gates open at 4pm Friday & Saturday

How to get there:

The venue is now bigger, better located and more efficient. The show will now take place at the Ross County Fairgrounds!

From North of Chillicothe:

Take US Route 23 south to the State Route 159/US Route 23 Business Loop/Bridge Street exit towards US Route 35 West/Kingston. Follow the business loop/Bridge Street for 2.6 miles. Take the US Route 35 west ramp towards Washington CH. Take the State Route 104 exit towards High Street and turn right onto State Route 104. Take 104 for approximately five miles. The fairgrounds are located just north of State Route 207 on Fairgrounds Road. Turn right onto Fairgrounds Road.

From South of Chillicothe:

Take US Route 23, US Route 35 or US Route 50 north to the split for US Route 35 West toward Chillicothe and Bridge Street. Bear left on the split for US Route 35 west. Take the State Route 104 exit towards High Street and turn right onto State Route 104. Take 104 for approximately five miles. The fairgrounds are located just north of State Route 207 on Fairgrounds Road. Turn right onto Fairgrounds Road.

Wow, this sounds like a great time! Thanks for the post. I'm sure all the headbangers out there will have a ton of fun at this event. Gives ya a nice reason to go camping, too, hehe though you'll keep the campers awake all weekend. hahahaha Rock on!
